Description
The oil made in Marche: an Italian excellence in the world and, here in Mogliano, we have a natural talent for producing extra virgin olive oil, an instinct that comes from the past.
Just like then, we follow strict rules: the olives must come from our territory, the Marche; be harvested directly from the tree at the beginning of ripening, to ensure the best organoleptic characteristics of the produced oil; be promptly delivered to the mill, to preserve maximum freshness and wholesomeness; be milled within the next 12 hours, to guarantee very low acidity levels and absence of taste defects.

Our flours are the result of a strictly controlled production process that ranges from selecting the best varieties of soft and durum wheat – suitable for bread, baked goods, and pasta – to milling in our mill according to specific instructions, and choosing a storage method that allows for natural preservation of the product, in order to guarantee its high quality.
